Whether you are an individual, a small business owner or indeed your organisation needs to support with mental health and well-being I am here to listen and help in whichever way I can. Having travelled through burnout I turned my life around and I now work helping others to do the same.

I understand who you are, I’ve walked in your shoes. Life, through many experiences, has taught me valuable lessons. I didn’t get to my age (trust me, I remember the 70’s!) without gaining some scars along the way, all of which I’ve been able to heal with my own self-practices. This is the reason why I can help support you. I know, if I’d put practiced self-care, looked after my own well-being and put myself first the effects of burnout would not have been so severe and could have been avoided.
